We design the spaces between.
Between inside and outside. Between what you imagine and what we build together. Every project starts with a conversation about how you live, and ends with a home that feels like it could not have been any other way.
02Selected projects
03What we do
One studio, from the first sketch to the last tile.
-
Architecture
New homes, villas and small hospitality projects, designed for the site they stand on. Balinese spatial logic, passive cooling and local materials come first.
-
Interior
Interiors that continue the architecture rather than decorate it. Joinery, lighting and materials are drawn together with the building.
-
Design + Build
We stay after the drawings. One team takes the design through permits, construction and handover, so there is one point of accountability.
04How we work
Four steps. No surprises.
-
Listen
We start with how you wake up, what light you find beautiful, and what the budget really is. The floor plan comes after.
-
Design
Concept first, then detailed drawings. You see the cost estimate grow with the design, not after it.
-
Permit
We prepare PBG documentation and handle the submission. It takes three to five months, and it protects your investment for decades.
-
Build and hand over
Our site team builds what we drew, with weekly updates until the keys are yours.
05Honest by default
Clear on cost, time and permits.
Building in Bali goes well when nothing is hidden. These are the commitments we make on every project.
-
Itemised cost
A detailed bill of quantities before construction starts, so every line is visible.
-
Realistic timeline
Schedules that allow for weather, permits and ceremonies, not only ideal weeks.
-
Permit ready
Drawings and documents prepared to pass the PBG building approval properly.
-
Weekly updates
Photos and progress notes every week, in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
06Client words
They told us the permit would take four months, and it took four months. Every week we had photos from site. We never had to ask where our money went.
