How the Teras Rumah Studio website handles your enquiry: what it collects, why, who sees it, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to write: your WhatsApp number, project type, location, budget range and message. We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

Enquiries are stored in the website’s administration area and sent to the studio by email. We do not sell or share them. To help stop spam, the form keeps a short, one-way code derived from your internet address for one hour.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to the studio email address shown on the contact page.
